A pensive young woman sitting on a couch, with a thought-provoking headline about U.S. birth rates and child-free choices, alongside a smaller image of a dog in a crib.

It seems like no one wants to deal with Gen Z or younger millennials (30 or older) or Christians in the States. Even sex isn’t a good enough reason to hang around that noise. You have to wonder what’s driving this catastrophic change. Oh wait, no you don’t. We have the Google machine!

  • Economic strain (thanks, “The Government”)
  • Education (smart women can make up their own minds)
  • Lower teen pregnancy rates (this one’s just uncomfortable)
  • Better access to contraceptives (and IVF is stupid expensive)
  • Fewer immigrant women coming here to have kids (surprise!)

Not to worry. Muslim-majority countries are picking up the global slack.

Muslims have the highest fertility rate among major religious groups, averaging 2.9 children per woman compared to 2.2 for non-Muslims (2015–2020), driving significant global population growth.

This fact will surely brighten someone’s day. You’re welcome. It’s only compounded by this other fact:

Christianity has experienced a long-term decline in the U.S., with the share of adults identifying as Christian dropping from 78% in 2007 to roughly 62% in 2025.

Basically, there are fewer uneducated Christians and everyone’s poor and depressed, so there are fewer babies. At least we’re not Russia. They’ve got it really bad.

Are you part of the population that gives a shit or doesn’t give a shit? Leave a comment about the sorry state of my rapidly dying country below!
